培菲康制剂中粪链球菌在免疫抑制小鼠中致病力的研究

摘　　要：目的 :了解培菲康制剂中粪链球菌对于免疫抑制小鼠的致病力。方法 :用培菲康制剂中粪链球菌与由肺部感染病人的痰中分离的粪链球菌各 1株 ,分别在乳鼠组、免疫抑制乳鼠组、免疫抑制幼龄鼠组、免疫抑制成年鼠组、免疫抑制衰老鼠组、裸鼠组和免疫抑制裸鼠组等 7个组进行灌胃与腹腔注射 ,菌量为2 .0× 10 6CFU/次。结果 :给培菲康粪链球菌的各组中均无小鼠死亡 ,而给从病人痰中分离的粪链球菌的各组中均无小鼠死亡 ,而给从病人痰中分离的粪链球菌的免疫抑制成年小鼠组与免疫抑制衰老小鼠组各有 1只小鼠死亡 (均为腹腔注射后 ) ,其死亡率分别为 10 %与 16 .7%。结论 :培菲康制剂中粪链球菌在免疫抑制机体中未发现有致病力。Objective:To know the pathogenicity in strain of Strep faecalis from Bifico on the immunosuppressive body.Methods:The strain of Strep.faecalis from Bificoand the strain of Strep.faecalis isolated from a patient of pulmonary infection were used on the following groups:normal sucking mice group,immunosuppressive sucking mice group,immunosuppresive juenile mice group,immunosuppressive adult mice group,immunosuppressive old mice group,normal nude mice group and immunosppressive nude mice group,The mice of all groups were given by living bacteria(2.0×10 6CFU/times)of strain of Strep.faecalis in Bifico and strain of Strep.faecalis from the patient,respectively,through intubation and intrapertioneal injection(ip).Result:No mouse was died in all groups that were given by the bacteria of strain from Bifico,but 1 mouse(1/10)was died in immunosuppressive adult mice group and 1 mouse (1/6) was died in immunosuppressive old mice group that were given by the bacteria of strain from patient through intrapertoneal injection.Conclusion:There was no pathogenicity in strain of Strep.faecalis from Bifico on the immubosuppressive body.
