摘  要:为了提高金银花中绿原酸提取物的得率和含量 ,进一步优化了乙醇回流法的提取工艺 ,并探讨了 p H值的影响 ,杂质的去除方法和绿原酸的纯化方法。结果显示 :乙醇体积分数约为 70时综合效果比较理想 ,绿原酸得率 32 .88 ,质量分数达 4 0 .15。溶媒的 p H值约为 4时 ,绿原酸的纯度和得率都最高 ,分别达 4 5 .2和 36 .5 9。絮凝法优于醇沉法能够有效地初步纯化绿原酸 ,以添加质量分数为 1.5絮凝剂较好。 4种常见的纯化方法中 ,乙酸乙酯法所得绿原酸的质量分数最高 ,可达 91.1。Optimization of extracting technology of Chlorogenic Acids (CGAs) from Flos Lonicerae was studied the effect of pH and floc forming reagent & comparison of purification methods of Chlorogenic Acid were carried out in detail. The results showed that ethanol with a volume ratio of 70% was s suitable solvent to extract CGAs, and the amounts of CGAs extracted was 32 88 % with a purity of 40 15 % ; high yield and content of CGAs were obtained under pH 4 0 or so; effect of floc forming reagent on purification of Chlorogenic Acid was better than the ethanol precipitation method, and the result was best when 1 5 % floc forming reagent was added at the ranage of 0~2 5 % ; the ethyl acetate techniques was a best way with a purity up to 91 1 % among four techniques tested.
