摘　　要：采用 3Y -TZP Al2 O3 陶瓷材料 (添加少量的Al2 O3 以增加基体的硬度和烧结性能 )成功地研制开发了TZP陶瓷拉拔模 ,并且开发出了共沉淀法制取纳米陶瓷粉末技术、成型技术及烧结技术。通过现场拉丝线材试验表明 ,3Y -TZP Al2 O3 陶瓷拉拔模寿命为YG8硬质合金拉拔模的TZP ceramic wire drawing die has been fabricated from 3Y-TZP/Al 2O 3 ceramic powder (Addition of a little amount of Al 2O 3 increases hardness and sintering properties of the matrix), meanwhile, a co deposition technique of nanometer powders, forming technique and sintering technique have also been developed. The wire drawing test results show that the working life of TZP ceramic wire drawing die is above 4 times than that of YG8 cemented carbide wire drawing die.
