摘  要:研究了以Al2 (SO4 ) 3·18H2 O为催化剂 ,由既作反应物又作溶剂的丁醇和对羟基苯甲酸为原料合成尼泊金丁酯 ,讨论了催化酯化的各种影响因素 ,并对产品进行了分析鉴定。实验表明 ,与H2 SO4 催化剂相比 ,反应时间短 ,产率高 ,工艺简单 ,不腐蚀设备 ,可重复使用。在醇、酸摩尔比为 5∶1,催化剂与酸摩尔比为 0 .0 6 4∶1,反应时间 3h的条件下 ,粗酯收率可达 95 .6 % ,提纯后酯含量 >99%。Using p-hydroxy benzoic acid and butyl alcohol as raw materials, the catalytic synthesis of butylparaben was discussed in this paper. The influencing factors were mainly discussed in the process of catalytic esterification. By analyzing the products, following results were concluded. Comparing with the reaction with sulfuric acid as a catalyst, the process had many advantages: less time, higher yield, simpler technology, no corrosion to equipments, and the recovering and reusing of the catalyst. The yield of crude ester was up to 95.6 % under the conditions that the molar ratio of alcohol and acid was 5∶1; the molar ratio of the catalyst and acid was 0.064∶1; the reaction time was 3 hours. The content of ester was over 99 % through purification.
