生物质固化制造成型炭技术研究

摘　　要：介绍利用农林废弃物等生物质原料制造环保型能源成型炭的设备及工艺研究。试验表明 :研究开发的BX型炭化炉适合各种生物质原料的成型材炭化操作 ,同传统的土窑相比 ,生产周期显著缩短 ,产品得率提高 。This paper introduces the study on equepment and technology to make molding charcoal by use of biomass such as wastes of agriculture and foresty.The result showed that developed BX model carbonating kiln is an ideal device for the carbonation of molding stuffs from all kinds of biomass.Compared with indigenous cellar shaped kiln,the production period is shortened noticeably,the yield is raised,as well as the products match the Japanese standard.
