摘　　要：介绍了CBA 3 0 0型Pd C催化剂在扬子石化PTA装置上的应用情况 ,从工艺上分析造成该催化剂失活的主要原因是物料中杂质过多 ,进料浓度波动 ,系统的压力和温度不当以及氢气流量的不稳定。延长它使用寿命的主要方法 ,是优化CAT的内在质量 ,做好配料的调控和辅料的纯化 。The application of CBA 300 Pd/C catalyst to PTA plant of Yangzi Petrochemical Co.is presented. The main reason that cause the catalyst deactivation analyzed from the point of process is too much impurity in mass,the fluctuation of feed concentration,the inappropriate of pressure and temperature of the system and the unstable flow of hydrogen.The main method of prolonging the life time of the catalyst is optimize the inner quality of CTA.do well in the adjustment of ingredient and the depuration of adjuvant,ensure the stability of pressure in the reactor.
