摘　　要：总结了长丝装置卷绕机 4头纺改为 8头纺技术改造。改造方案为 :直径为 15 0mm的螺杆、2 .6mL× 4的计量泵 ,组件等不作变动 ,而主要对喷丝板向下作双丝路处理。改造后生产运行正常 ,满卷率同前 ,丝饼外观成型好 ,质量全部合格 ,产量提高The technology reformation that the 4 end spinning is changed into 8 end spinning on the take up machine of filament plant is summarized.The reformation plan is that the diameter of the screw is 150 mm,the capacity of the meter pump is 2.6 mL×4 and the spinning pack is not changed.The spinneret is moved downward for the double filament path treatment.After reformation the prodction is normal,the full lap ratio is as the former,the outward shaping of spinning cake is good,the product is qualified filament,the output is doubled.
