摘　　要：本文首先剖析了社保基金入市的必要性,指出社保基金入市对我国资本市场具有重要影响,进而对社保基金入市模式进行了分析。最后,文章指出,要确保社保基金的顺利入市,我们还必须为此创造好条件。This paper analyzes the necessity of putting the social insurance fund in the security market,points out its important influences on China’s capital market,and analyzes the market model for social insurance fund.Moreover,this paper holds that we should create preferential conditions in order to ensure putting the social insurance fund on the security market smoothly.
