摘 要:目的 :探讨居住海拔 50 0 0m以上地区人群睡眠血氧饱和度 (SaO2 )的变化以及复方红景天和乙酰唑胺的调节作用 ;方法 :对居住海拔 53 80m一年的 2 4名青年随机分为A组 (红景天组 )、B组 (乙酰唑胺组 )和C组 (红景天 +乙酰唑胺组 ) ,每组 8人 ,在服药前和服药 2 4天后分别进行睡眠SaO2 监测 ;结果 :服药后较服药前清醒时SaO2 (WSaO2 )、睡眠监测过程中最低SaO2 (LSaO2 )和平均SaO2 (MSaO2 )均增高 ,氧减饱和度指数 (DI4 )及SaO2 ≤ 80 %的时间占总监测时间的百分比 (SIT80 )均降低 ,差别有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;服药后B组和C组与A组比较 ,SIT80 升高 ,差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;WSaO2 、LSaO2 、MSaO2 及DI4 各组间比较均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5) ;结论 :复方红景天和乙酰唑胺均能明显提高睡眠SaO2 ,在减小SIT80 方面复方红景天有优于乙酰唑胺的趋势 。To study the effects of Rholida and Acetazolamide on changes of SaO 2during sleep at high altitude. Method: 24 youths, had lived at 5 380m altitude for 1 year, were randomly divided into group A(given Rholida), group B(given acetazolamide) and group C(given Rholida+acetazolamide). The SaO 2 was determined before administration and after administration for 1 day. Results: The wSaO 2,lSaO 2 and mSaO 2were increased notably after giving drug and the level of SIT 80 was lower (P<0.01) compared with waking state in three group. The level of SIT 80 were higher (P<0.05) in B and C group compared with A group. Conclusion: The level of SaO 2 could be greatly improved by giving the Rholida and acetazolamide reseperatly but no better improved by giving Rholida + acetazolamide.
