摘　　要：本文分析了螺旋CT的主要性能参数 - -伪影的性质 :不对称的插值算法导致的旋转效应是阶梯伪影产生的根本原因 ,部分容积效应在头部螺旋扫描中同样也是产生伪影的重要因素。针对伪影的产生机理出现了许多改善的方法 ,但总的来说目前对伪影还处于试验研究阶段。螺旋CT的质量保证研究还有许多待解决的问题 。Artifact, as one of the primary performance parameters of spiral CT is analyzed in this paper. Stair-step artifacts ensue fundamentally from the rotation effect caused by asymmetric interpolation. And partial volume effect is also a significant factor of artifacts. Many approaches are presented based on the mechanism of artifacts, but now are on the experiment stage as a whole. At the end it is pointed out that to perform an in-depth study on the performance parameters of spiral CT is significant to the quality assurance of spiral CT, which has many open problems such as quantitative analysis of the artifacts.
