摘  要:大型四角切圆燃烧锅炉广泛采用摆动式燃烧器,但如设计不当,燃烧器下摆会导致严重的冷灰斗结渣事故。该文对燃烧器摆动条件下冷灰斗内的灰渣沉积特性进行研究,对燃烧器水平和下摆条件下的冷灰斗内结渣情况进行了试验研究,获得了燃烧器下摆时冷灰斗内灰渣沉积规律,结合炉内结渣过程的数值模拟,采用随机轨道模型跟踪大量颗粒,综合考虑颗粒和壁面的碰撞频率,粘结效率和渣层特性,模拟了燃烧器下摆条件下冷灰斗内结渣特性。The tilting nozzles are usually used to adjust the reheated steam temperature in the tangentially fired utility boilers, if wrong designed, serious ash slagging will occur in the ash hopper when the nozzles are tilted downwards. In this work, the ash depositing characteristic is simulated by the cold model testing method,and a numerical method is used to predict the particle deposition and sticking phenomenon in the ash hopper. The results show that with the cold modeling method, the impact efficiency can be obtained although the results should be corrected for considering the difference between the hot and cold conditions. Using the impact effici-ency and sticking probability of the particles, the ash depositing characteristic are predicted at the basis of simulation of the flow filed, temperature distribution and combustion process in the furnace, resulting in good agreement with the experi-mentally measured values.
