摘 要:探讨了继电保护信息管理系统图形化平台的实现 ,分析了继电保护图形平台的一、二次图纸、数据结构、拓扑辨识等核心问题。根据对继电保护图形平台的特点分析提出了基于继电保护图元的设计方法以及图形与数据的智能关联思想 ,并依此对继电保护图纸进行模块分解、定义和存储。根据实际系统的功能需求分析 ,将继电保护图纸分解为互相关联的模块序列。据此设计图形化平台可以实现图文技术资料综合管理、继电保护动作图纸仿真和其它相关的附加功能。开发的广东沙角发电厂C厂和广州变电管理所继电保护信息管理系统在实际工作中有效地发挥了作用 。This paper presents a graphic frame design used in management information system of relay protection. The primary and secondary blueprints, system data structure and topology tracing are the three key problems which the frame design focus on. Based on the individuality analysis of the graphic frame, the ideas of 'block' design and 'graphic-data intelligent association' design are proposed and used to re-define the blueprints. Thus the relay blueprints are disassembled into associated module series according to the specific requirements. The graphic frame could be used in the management of blueprints and documents, relay protection simulation based on blueprints and so on, if only the relational database are correctly formed. It has been implemented and verified by two projects developed for Shajiao C power plant and Guangzhou power company.
