发电侧电力市场辅助服务付费新模型

摘　　要：介绍了在电力市场环境下辅助服务的基本概念和作用。根据山东发电侧电力市场的试运行实践 ,建立了以辅助服务提供者调整能力和实际服务效果为评价标准的调频、调峰、调压和备用四种辅助服务的付费模型。同时 ,提出了辅助服务定额单价的确定原则。最后通过对有关市场数据的测算和相关影响因素分析 。The basic concept and functions of ancillary services are introduced in this paper. According to the trial operation practice of Shangdong provincial generation m arket,the payment models of four kinds of ancillary service ,which are frequency regulation,peak load regulation,voltage support service and cut- off reserve,are established based on the providers'service effects and regulating capacity.Furtherm ore,the rule for determining the unit prices of payment is presented.At last,the test data and relevant factor analysis verify the rationality and practical use of the payment m odel.
