母管制抽背压机组停用保护探讨

摘　　要：文章介绍选用高效无毒复合缓蚀剂作为机组的停用保护药品 ,既能保护锅炉本体 ,又能对炉后设备有明显的保护作用。该药品适用于背压抽汽机组 ,不需要机组滑停 ,适合现场使用 ,易溶无毒 ,加药系统简单 ,现场操作方便 ,能有效地阻止空气等有害成分对机炉的侵蚀 ,达到完全保护设备的目的。High-efficiency and nonpoisonous compound inhibitor introduced in this paper can protect not only boiler proper but also the equipment after boiler. This agent is suitable for backpressure turbine with extraction and the unit is not necessary slip to stop. Also, this agent is easy to dissolve and non-poisonous so that is adapted to simple chemical injecting system and convenient to operate, it prevents air and other harmful components from eroding turbine and boiler to reach the object of complete equipment protection.
