绿舒筋对小鼠巨噬细胞Fc和C_3b受体活性的影响

摘　　要：本文用绵羊红细胞-溶血素花环(EA 花环)和酵母菌-C_3b 花环(YC 花环)实验研究绿舒筋(EM)对正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞表面 C_3b 受体和 Fc 受体活性的影响.结果表明:小鼠腹腔注射0.5ml 绿舒筋,24小时后仅 YC 花环形成率增加,48小时后 YC 花环和 EA 花环形成率分别升高达34.38±8.01%和43.04±11.50%.不同剂量的绿舒筋连续两天腹腔注射,除0.25ml 剂量组外,其它各组 EA 花环和 YC 花环形成率均明显升高,与生理盐水组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001),且其最大值均达到短小棒状杆菌组水平。With EA-rossete and YC-rossete method,we found Euonymus mupinensis( EM)could increase the expression of C_3b and Fc receptors on peritoneal macrophage in normal Swiss mice.At 24th hour after peritoneal injection of 0.5ml EM,only the YC-rossete forming rate was increased,while at 48th hour the YC-rossete and EA-rostte forming rates respectively reached 34.38±8.01% and 43.04±11.50%.Compared with the control group(N.S.group) Differenent doses(0.25ml,0.5ml,0.75ml,1.0ml),except 0.25ml,of EM could increase the YC-rossete forming rates,while the highest number of EA-rossete and YC-rossete induced by EM could reach the level of positive group(C·P·group).
