从相关主题词发展状况对比国内外医院管理研究的差异

摘　　要：采用主题词和相关主题词分析的方法,对Medine所收录的1991—2001年期间国外医院管理文献中的MJME(主要主题词)进行文献计量学统计分析,得到目前国外发展的和新出现的主题词和相关主题词统计结果,显示出目前国外医院管理研究的新动向、新趋势。同时应用CBMdisc数据库对所得的结果进行检索,分析国内外医院管理相关主题研究的差异。The correlative subject headings analysis method was used to bibliometricly analyze all relevant foreign publications of subject hospital administration in MJME fields of document database from《MEDLINE CE - ROM》1991-2001, the statistical result of the progrssive and newly present subject headings and the correlative subject headings was obtained. The trends and new directions of hospital administration studies was showed. The database from CBMdise was used to search the results and analyze the difference between the Our and foreign hospital administration studies.
