摘  要:对细丝 CO2 弧焊的熔滴过渡及其电弧行为进行了试验研究 ,分析了弧焊过程的稳定性和分散性 ,得到了主要焊接规范弧压、电流对熔滴短路过渡频率影响的统计规律和二维稳定域 ,由此规律得到的给定电流的弧压初选推荐值 。The droplet transfer and its arc behavior in CO 2 arc welding with regard to small diameter wire were studied by experiments, and the stability and the scatter extent of arc welding process were analyzed. The statistical laws and the two dimension stable region of the influence of arc voltage and current on frequency of short circuit droplet transition were obtained. Based on these laws, the recommended values of primary elected arc voltage corresponding to the given current were determined, which were used to set up the initial state of optimizing control of short circuit droplet transfer. This method can be used to analyze and evaluate the stability and the scatter extent of the short circuit droplet transfer and to judge the behavior of CO 2 arc welding process.
