关于增强党报报业集团竞争力的几个问题

摘　　要：我国加入WTO后,报业面临着新的挑战。报业集团必须参与竞争,并在竞争中发展壮大。要以报为本,搞好新闻宣传,增强党报集团的核心竞争力;要重视报业经营,增强党报集团的综合竞争力;要实行机制创新和人才战略创新,增强党报集团的持续竞争力。With China's entry into WTO, newspaper industries begin to face new challenges. Newspaper groups runby the Communist Party of China must take part in the competition, and develop themselves while competing. In this arti-cle, we stress the following three points: First, basing themselves upon newspaper and managing propaganda well to im-prove the crucial competitive capacity of the newspaper groups run by the Communist Party of China; second, payingmuch attention to the management of newspaper industries to improve the comprehensive competitive capacity of thenewspaper groups run by the Communist Party of China; Third, introducing new systems and new talented person educat-ing strategies to improve the persistent competitive capacity of the newspaper groups run by the Communist Party ofChina.
