摘 要:通过田间调查、化学分析、人工模拟诱发等方法 ,并用电子探针、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜观察测定了人参病组织中无机元素的分布、红皮物质的组分。试验结果表明 :人参红皮病为非侵染性植物病害 ,其发生的直接原因是在特定的土壤条件下 ,Fe2 + 、Fe3 + 在参根周皮木栓层固定 ,氧化沉积和参株生理生化活动综合作用的结果。病根周皮木栓层细胞壁积聚的红色物质为Fe、Al等元素组成的非晶态有机无机复合物。文中还提出了人参红皮病综合防治技术体系 ,并对综合防治因子配套组合进行了优化。By using the methods of field investigation,chemical analysis and artificially simulated induction, the distribution of mineral elements in diseased tissue and the composition of the red skin substance were observed and measured, with the aid of electronic probe, X-ray diffraction apparatus and electronic scanning mirrors. The studies showed that ginseng red coating root disease is a non-infectious disease. It occurs when Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ around roots are fixed,oxidized and deposited in phellogen of the roots, accompanied by the changes of the regular physiological and biochemical activities in Ginseng plant. Therefore,the occurrence of the disease is the result of the comprehensive function of many factors. The red substance deposited in phellogen cell wall of the roots was proved to be non-crystal organic and inorganic substance composed of Fe, Al,etc. Comprehensive prevention and cure system of the disease was also put forward,and the complete sets of factors in this system were optimized.
