鹌鹑腺病毒的分离及病原特性的研究

摘　　要：1994年～ 1995年 ,从云南呈贡县爆发的一群有减蛋综合征症状 ,血清含有EDSV血凝抑制抗体的鹌鹑泄殖腔分离到一株病毒 ,并命名为QAVc 94株。经形态学、培养特性、血凝特性、理化特性、免疫电镜、酶切图谱分析、交叉血凝抑制试验以及动物接种结果确定 ,QAVc 94株属于禽腺病毒Ⅲ群中血清型相同而基因型不同的鹌鹑减蛋综合征病毒。病毒颗粒略似球形 ,无囊膜 ,直径为 70～ 75nm ,核酸大小为 34 7kb ,分子量为 2 2 9× 10 6Da ,其TCID50 为 4 5。During 1994 and 1995,a virus strain,named as QAVc 94,was isolated from the cloacae of quails with egg drop syndrome symptoms and hemagglutination inhibition antibody.Through the studies of morphology,cultural character,hemagglutination character,physiological character,immune electron microscopy,endonuclease analysis,cross hemagglutination inhibition and the animal inoculation,this virus strain was identified as quail egg drop syndrome virus,which belong to avian adenovirus group Ⅲ,had the same serotypeasa but different genome from,chicken egg drop syndrome virus.This kind of virion was globular,capsule free,with a size of 80nm.Its total genome length was 34.7kb,resulting in a molecular weight of 22.9×10 6 Da.Its TCID 50 was 4.5.
