摘　　要：本文利用通用电路模拟程序SPICE-Ⅱ,分别在运放理想情况下和运放不理想情况下,对一个六阶切比雪夫滤波器MOSFET-C平衡结构进行了仿真分析,并与原分立元件构成的滤波器特性进行了比较。Using the general circuit simulation program, SPICE-1, a simulation and analysis have been done on an MOSFET-C balance structure of a sixth-order Tchebychev filter, with ideal and non-ideal op amps, respectively. A comparison was made with the performance cf the previous filter using discrete components.
