山羊胚胎脊髓胶状质的形成和发育

摘　　要：对山羊胚胎脊髓胶状质发育的形态学变化进行了系统研究 ,结果表明 :1山羊脊髓胶状质在胚胎第 1 7周以后逐渐出现较多的神经元胞体和较大的淡染的神经元细胞核 ,提示胚胎第 1 7周龄是山羊脊髓胶状质神经元发育的关键时期 ;2山羊脊髓胶状质内神经纤维在胚胎第 1 1周时就已出现 ,而有髓神经纤维的髓鞘则在胚胎第 1 5周时形成 ,以后逐渐发育成熟 ;3山羊脊髓胶状质的胶质细胞发育较早 ,在胚胎第 6周末胶状质原基刚形成时 ,胶质细胞核已经开始分化 ,到胚胎第 1 8～ 1 9周时 。The substantia gelatinosa in spinal cord of prenatal goat were observed by H-E method in this present. The result as follow: 1. The big light neuron karyon and more neuron perikaryons were emergence after the 17th week of pregnancy in the substantia gelatinosa of spinal cord of prenatal goat, which indicated the 17th week of pregnancy was an important period for the maturing of neurons in substantia gelatinosa. 2. The never fibers in the substantia gelatinosa were appearing on the 11th week. The myelin sheath of myelinated never fibers were forming on the 15th week and then were gradually maturing. 3. The neuroglia nuclear began to differentiate in the lately 6th week while the analge of substantia gelatinosa were formed. Another proliferating peak was appearing on the 18～19 week.
