摘 要:应对WTO和汽车工业全球化的挑战,中国汽车零部件工业必须实施核心竞争力战略。目前,中国汽车零部件工业在产业布局、产品结构、研发能力、企业机制以及市场等方面存在问题,但也具有产业基础、大国市场和劳动力成本等方面的优势。通过对中国汽车零部件工业的行业竞争力量,行业机会、威胁及前景,全球化背景下行业核心能力等方面进行的分析指出,中国汽车零部件工业具有“吸引力大、竞争激烈、进入威胁大,发展机会多、前景好”的特征。因此,培育具有竞争优势的生长点并使其生成为核心能力,不断创新产业发展模式和企业经营机制,应该成为中国汽车零部件工业实现跨越式发展的新战略。Faced with China accession of WTO and strategy of automotive industry globalization, China automotive component and parts industry must carry out the strategy of core competitive force. At present, some problems are existed in industry allocation, product structure, R/D ability, enterprise mechanism and market, etc. in China automotive component and parts industry, but there are some superiorities in industrial base, large country market and labour force cost, etc. By analysis of competitive force, opportunities, threat ard prospects, core force in China automotive component and parts circle under globalization background, China automotive component and parts industry has the characteristics of 'more attractive force, severe competition, big entry threat, more developing opportunity and nice prospects' , so, fostering the growth point of competitive superiority and generating it as a core force, creating continuously the industrial developing mode and enterprise operation mechanism should become a new strategy to realize big leap forward development in China automotive component and parts industry.
