氧化亚氮对人工流产术镇痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨氧化亚氮 (简称笑气 )吸入对人工流产术镇痛效果及安全性。方法　选择 4 2 6例孕期 39～ 71d ,自愿要求终止妊娠者 ,随机分为笑气组 (A组 )及对照组 (B组 )各 2 13例 ,A组使用笑气进行间断吸入 (流量为 4～ 7L/min) ,B组不用任何药物。结果　A组和B组镇痛总有效率分别为 94 8%和 35 7% (P<0 0 1) ,宫颈松弛作用 ,分别为 10 0 %和 6 0 6 % (P <0 0 1)。结论　笑气吸入对人工流产术镇痛效果好 ,对宫颈松弛作用大 ,安全性好。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of analgesia with laughing gas in induced abortion.Methods 426 gravidaes whit pregnant period of 39～71 days were randomly divided into the management group(group A) and the control group(group B).Group A was given to inhale laughing gas intervally in induced abortion(the flow was 4～7 L/min);Group B was not given any therapy.Results The effective rate of analgesia was 94.8% in group A and 35.7% in group B(P<0.01),the effective rate of relaxing cervix was 100% in group A and 60.6% in group B(P<0.01).Conclusion Analgesia with inhaling laughing gas in induced abortion is effective and safe,the efficient rate of relaxing cervix is perfect.
