摘  要:目的 探讨肺表面活性物质相关蛋白B、C(SP -B、SP -C)对肺表面活性物质功能影响。方法 将不含有SP -A、SP -D的肺表面活性物质脂质部分和脂质部分加入SP -B和 (或 )SP -C配制成实验液体。用气泡型表面张力计测定最小表面张力 (γmin)。向未成熟胎兔气道内注入实验液体后进行人工通气 ,测定潮气量。结果 脂质部分加入SP -B和SP -C后γmin明显下降至 (2 .1± 0 .8)mN/m ,并明显增加动物的潮气量至2 5 .3ml/kg± 3.9ml/kg。结论 SP -B、SP -C协同可增加肺表面活性物质的功能。Objective To investigate the effects of surfactant-associated proteins (SP-B and SP-C) on the function of pulmonary surfactant. Methods The swine surfactants without content of SP-A and SP-D and lipid fraction (LF) were isolated. In addition, several reconstituted surfactants were prepared by adding SP-B and/or SP-C into LF. The minimum surface tension (γ min ) of these samples was recorded by pulsating bubble technique. Surfactant-deficient immature rabbits were instilled by these samples through the trachea and their tidal volumes were measured. Results The γ min of LF with SP-B and SP-C decreased significantly to 2.1±0.8mN/m, and the tidal volumes of animals increased to 25.3±3.9ml/kg. Conclusion: Both SP-B and SP-C were necessary to enhance the function of surfactant.
