摘　　要：卫生统计数据快速安全上报是平时和战时的卫勤保障工作的基本要求。本文提出了以文件传输协议 (FTP)经军用广域网上报统计数据的方式 ,在上报之前以高级加密标准 (AES)的 Rijndael算法加密数据以保证高密级统计数据的安全 ;并给出其软件实现。经实践证明 ,该上报方式实用有效 。Reporting the medical statistics data quickly and securely is elemental demand of the military medical support at both peacetime and wartime. In this paper, the author provided the method to keep data secure which encrypted data by rijndael arithmetic of advanced encryption standard and then reported the data with file transfer protocol by the military wide web. The author also provided the software instance which had been approved efficiency by the experiment and practice. The method could be a feasible choice for the modernization of the military medical statistics.
