摘　　要：为及时缓解医疗纠纷中医患双方的矛盾 ,避免出现因患方过激行为所至的恶性事件 ,本文认为机关人员在接待和处理过程中 ,必须掌握一些谈判艺术 ;In order to promptly alleviate the contradication between patient party and medical care provider, to avoid serious event from the patient party's violent behaviors, it is illustrated in this paper that some negotiation skills, which hospital administrative staff must master and follow during contact with the patient party and handling dispute of the medical treatment.
