肾炎灵颗粒剂治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :评价肾炎灵颗粒剂治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法 :口服肾炎灵颗粒剂治疗 6 5例难治性肾病综合征患者 4月～ 6月 ,观察患者症状、体征变化和血生化、尿蛋白等检查结果以及与雷公藤多甙片副反应的对比。并对患者进行 6月～ 48月的随访。结果 :肾炎灵颗粒剂对难治性肾病综合征近期总有效率为 78.46 % ,对肾功能有保护作用 ,随访复发率仅为 15 .4% ,其常见副反应明显减少。结论 :肾炎灵颗粒剂对难治性肾病综合征有较好的治疗作用 ,临床副反应明显低于雷公藤。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and adverse effects of ShenYanLing Granule in treating refractory nephrotic syndrome (RNS).Methods:65 patients with RNS received 4～6 months of oral shen yan Ling Granule.Clinical symptoms and signs,blood and urinary biochemical analysis,and the adverse effects of tripterygium wilfordii hook were investigated.Patieuts were followed up for 6～48 months.Results:The total remission rate of shenyan Ling Granule in treating RNS was 78.4% during the first course(2 months).ShenYanLing Granule protected renal function.The recurrent rate was only 15.4% during the follow up.The usual adverse effect decreased significantly.Conclusion:ShenYanLing Granule has a comprehensive effect and fewer adverse effect than tripterygium wilfordii hook in treatment of RNS.
