摘 要:甘蓝夜娥核型多角体病毒(Mamestrr brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus简称MbNPV)经口感染小白鼠,通过组织病理学观察、免疫酶标染色、免疫荧光技术、^(125)Ⅰ示踪,以及感染鼠脏器匀浆回接甘蓝夜蛾幼虫等方法,观察到病毒包涵体经由血液循环进入内脏,在肝、脾、胰等处细胞质内滞留长达45天,经口感染90天的肠系淋巴结匀浆回接甘蓝夜蛾,可致典型NPV病,死亡率为9.1%。经腹腔注射感染的小鼠,除有多角体在脏器滞留外,还可见细胞有非特异性反应。Mice were infected per os with Mamestra brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus (MbNPV). Through the pathological assay, the ABC immunoenzymatic mathod, the immunofluorescence technique, the ^(125)I labeling, and reinoculating cabbage armyworms with visceral homogenate from the infected mice, it was observed that polyhedrosis virus could enter the viscera of the mouse through blood circulation and persist in the cytoplasm of its liver, spleen and pancreas for 45 days. Reinoculating cabbage armyworms with the intestinal lymph homogenate, 90 days ofter oral infection, could result in a typical NPV disease with a mortality of 9.1%. Observation indicated that polyhedrosis virus might persist in the viscera of the mouse infected by intraperitoneal injection. Non-specific reaction was elso observed in the viscera cells.
