摘　　要：介绍用高性能CS5460A设计数字真有效值电参数测试仪的原理、方法,给出了部分电路。该测试仪具有精度高、成本低、体积小、电路简洁、工作稳定等优点。The principle and method of design of a digital TRMS electrical parameter test instrumentation by use of high performance CS5460A were introduced, its circuit was also partially given. This test instrumentation has advantages of high precision, low cost, small size, simple circuit and stability, etc.
