摘　　要：介绍一种以PIC单片机为核心的通用型智能流量积算仪 ,可适用于旋球式、涡轮式等依靠部件旋转 ,由电磁感应线圈或霍尔元件产生电脉冲信号的流量变送器。具体阐述仪器的工作原理、主要特点、硬件电路设计。A general purpose intelligent flow totalizer based on PIC single chip computer as kernel is intro duced. It is suitable to be used with th e flow transmitters which adopts rotatin g ball or turbine as rotating part and e lectromagnetic inductive coil or Hall el ement to generate pulse signal. The oper ational principle main features, design of hardware circuit, software modules and program design are expounded in deta il.
