New Process on Synthesis of Diphosphite, Distearin Alcohol and Pentaerythritol

摘  要:以季戊四醇、亚磷酸三乙酯和十八醇为原料 ,有机锡为催化剂 ,在无溶剂条件下合成了二亚磷酸二硬脂醇季戊四醇酯。考查了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂及物料配比对产品收率的影响 ,结果表明 :反应前 2h温度为130℃左右 ,反应后 2 .5h温度为 16 0℃左右 ,以 0 .0 6 2 5mol季戊四醇为准 ,ω(季戊四醇 )∶ω(亚磷酸三乙酯 )∶ω(十八醇 ) =1∶2∶2 .0 5 ,催化剂用量为 0 .4 g ,收率在 98.5 %以上 ,而且重现性好。合成反应条件温和 ,操作简便 ,反应时间短 ,后处理简单 ,产品中无酚 ,无“三废”产生。产品的熔点。Without any solvents, distearyl alcohol pentaerythritol diphosphite can be synthesized with tetramethylol methane(Ⅰ), triethyl phosphite(Ⅱ) and octadecanol(Ⅲ) as raw materials in the presence of organ-tin as a catalyst. The effect of the reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst and the molar ratio of raw materials on the yield of the product were observed. The result shows that the pre-reaction temperature is 2 h (130 ℃) and the after one 2.5 h (160 ℃) respectively, and the molar ratio of ω (Ⅰ)∶ ω (Ⅱ)∶ ω (Ⅲ)=1∶2∶2.05 and catalyst was 0.4 g(based on 0.062 5 mol tetramethylol methane). The yield of the product can be over 98.5%, with good reproducibility. In this process, under the mild reaction condition, no phenol and the three wastes could not be produced with easy manipulation and after-treatment, and short reaction time. The melting point, element analysis and IR spectrogram of the product were identical with the target product.
