摘　　要：总结了重油催化裂化装置多掺炼渣油技术改造后的运行工况 ,对比分析了装置改造前后装置掺渣能力、再生器烧焦能力、焦炭组成和装置热平衡等方面的区别 ,通过压力平衡和热平衡核算 ,重点分析了外取热器运行工况 。Running situation of RFCC unit which has been revamped to blend more residue in feedstock is summarized. Distinctions of residue blending capacity, regenerator's coke burning capacity and the coke composition as well as heat balance of the unit between pro and post revamping have been compared and analyzed with emphasis on running of the external catalyst cooler. Suggestions to solve the existing problems in unit have been put forward.
