催化裂化汽油回炼技术应用

摘　　要：大庆炼化公司林源生产区对其两套催化裂化装置进行了技术改造 ,Ⅰ套催化裂化直接在提升管反应器的预提升蒸汽管道上打入粗汽油进行回炼 ,柴油收率可达 36 %以上 ;Ⅱ套催化裂化装置对提升管喷嘴位置进行了适当调整 ,柴油收率达到 35 %以上 ;按柴油生产方案 ,两套催化裂化装置均可达到单装置柴汽比 0 .9以上 。Two FCC units were revamped in Linyuan production region, Daqing Petrochemical Company. In Ⅰ FCCU, the gasoline was directly recycled into the pre-rising steam line of riser reactor and diesel yield reached more than 36%. Appropriate readjustment has been made in the riser nozzle in Ⅱ FCCU, and the diesel yield was above 35%. According to the diesel production option, the diesel/gasoline ratio of both FCC units can reach more than 0.9, respectively, thus good economic benefits were obtained.
