摘 要:东濮凹陷深层气藏具有高温、高压、低孔隙度、低渗透的特点 ,使得试油压裂工艺难度加大。通过对过去深层气井试气压裂技术总结分析 ,并结合现有的先进理论及工艺技术 ,在深层气井的射孔技术上采用大孔密、深穿透、负压射孔方式 ,并附以高能气体压裂技术来解除近井筒地带泥浆污梁问题 ,降低压裂施工的破裂压力。在储层改造技术方面优选压裂方式、优化压裂设计、研制耐高温低伤害压裂液体系 ,在储层内压出深穿透、高导流的长缝 ,来达到增加产能的目的。对于深层气井采用常规抽汲排液技术不能满足要求 ,采用连续油管液氮排液技术解决这一难题。这些技术在濮深 1 5井应用成功 ,进一步完善了东濮凹陷深层气井的试油压裂技术。The characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,low porosity and low permeability in Dongpu sag makes it difficult for fracture testing.According to the analysis of the former techniques of fracture testing in deep seated gas wells and new theory and process technique,we solved the problems of mud pollution near the well bore,and reduced fracture pressure applying to perforation manner of large ported,deep penetration,negative pressure and high energy gas fracture.As to improvement of reservoir,we preferred fracture manner,optimized fracture designation,invented high temp proof and low harmful fracture fluid system,and pressed long seam of deep penetration and high mobility to increase production.The technique of continous tubing liquid nitrogen can solve the problem of normal swabbing drainage in deep seated gas well.The technique is applied in Well Pushen 15 successfully,and the technique of testing fracture in deep seated gas well is improved.
