摘  要:环境保护对汽车排放提出了越来越严格的要求,生物柴油以其优越的环保性、润滑性、安全性和可再生性受到各国的普通重视。目前,生物柴油使用最多的地区是欧洲,份额已占成品油市场的5%;美国能源政策法也已把其正式列为一种汽车替代燃料。三个方面的变化显示了生物柴油具有广阔的发展前景:一是随着生物柴油与石油柴油价格差的不断缩小,生物柴油的竞争力在不断提高;二是为鼓励进一步使用生物柴油,许多国家相继出台了税收优惠政策;三是世界范围内出现汽车车型柴油化和柴油供应严重不足的趋势,为生物柴油的发展留下了广阔的空间。就我国而言,柴汽比的矛盾日益突出,而开发生物柴油有一定的原料基础,因此意义深远。建议我国探讨与南斯拉夫合作,以促进该项技术的发展。Environmental protection sets increasingly strict requirements on emission from vehicles. Bio-diesel is drawing attention worldwide because it is environmental-friendly, renewable and good in lubrication and safety. Currently, bio-diesel is most popular in Europe with the occupancy amounting to 5 percent of the oil products market. The US energy policy law has formally listed it as a substitute vehicle fuel. Bio-diesel has a broad prospect for development for three reasons. One reason is that the decreasingly price gap between bio-diesel and petroleum diesel continually boosts the competitiveness of bio-diesel. Another reason is that many countries formulate preferential taxation policies to encourage popularization of bio-diesel. The third reason is the worldwide trend that more vehicles are fuelled by diesel and the diesel supply is becoming seriously inadequate. It is of great significance to develop bio-diesel in China since the issue concerning the ratio of gasoline and diesel is increasingly prominent in the country. It is suggest that China explore cooperation with Yugoslavia to promote technical development of bio-diesel.
