原子发射光谱内标法测量误差的研究

摘　　要：证明了原子发射光谱内标法的测量误差。当分析线和内标线的相对强度等于 1时 ,测量误差最小。It was proved that the measuring error of internal standard method of atomic emission spectrometry reaches the minimun value when the relative intensity of analytical line and internal standard line is equal to 1.
