摘　　要：基于在酸性条件下 ,硝普钠对过氧化氢氧化尼罗蓝的反应具有较强的催化活性 ,建立了动力学光度法测定硝普钠的新方法。测定硝普钠的线性范围为 2 .7× 10 -5— 2 .0× 10 -4mol/ L ,应用于注射用硝普钠含量的测定 ,获得了较为满意的结果。A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of sodium nitroprusside was established, based on the catalytic effect of Sodium nitroprusside on the oxidation of nile blue by hydrogen peroxide. Sodium nitroprusside can be determined in the range of 2.7×10 -5 -2.0×10 -4 mol/L. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of sodium nitroprusside in real samples.
