摘　　要：面对电力工业发展趋势及企业改革态势 ,分析了电力系统规划的发展现状 ,提出了电力系统规划应思考的若干问题 ,对电力系统规划进行再认识 ,内容包括 :需求预测、电源计划、输电设备计划和运行计划等。这些研究内容对电力工业和电力市场发展具有理论和实用价值。The present situation of the development of power system planning is analyzed. Several problems which must be considered carefully in the system planning are proposed, such as the demand forecast,the generation planning, the transmission planning and operation planning.
