摘  要:介绍了研制的双缸双作用液压驱动往复泵的组成及工作原理 ,并对液压驱动往复泵的活塞运动特性进行了理论分析和试验研究。试验测得的活塞运动特性曲线较好地反映了活塞运动的变化规律 ,试验结果与理论分析基本一致。试验表明 ,排出总管内的流量和压力变化平稳 ,波动较小 ,充分显示出液压驱动往复泵优越的水力特性。此外 ,还指出在设计液压缸时应尽量提高系统的固有频率和刚度 ,避免液压缸在输入阶跃流量时 ,活塞出现振荡。The design features and operating principle of the double-cylinder double-acting hydraulic-drive reciprocating pump are introduced, and a theoretical analysis and experimental study of the kinematical characteristic of the pump piston are carried out. The kinematical characteristic curve measured reflects well the variation law of the motion of the piston, and the test results are the same as the theoretical analysis on the whole. The experiment indicates that the displacement and pressure of liquid in the combined discharge pipeline are in uniform variation with small fluctuation, and this ffilly reveals the superior hydraulic characteristics of hydraulic-drive reciprocating pump. In addition, it is indicated that the natural frequency and rigidity of the system should be improved possibly in designing the hydraulic cylinder.
