摘 要:针对高压、腐蚀严重的深井 ,研制了一种即可采用上提或投球憋压方式解封取出 ,又可快速钻磨取出的卡瓦式注水封隔器。解决了锚定机构中脆性卡瓦防断回收解卡、钻磨防转、防解封平衡保护、中心管控制脱接等关键技术。经室内常温试验井试验、模拟高温高压工况的油浸试验罐试验和 12井次现场试验 ,结果表明可钻可取式封隔器坐封性能稳定 ,成功率高 ,密封性能可靠 ,解封和反洗井性能良好 ,达到了设计要求 ,能适用于工作压力 36MPa的高压注水。A slip-type packer is developed for water injection of deep well with high pressure and severe corrosion, which can be retrieved not only through pulling or ball-setting to release the packer, but also through rapidly drilling and milling. The packer efficiently solve the problems with the key technologies of anchor system, including brittle clip anti-breaking releasing, anti-rotating of drilled target, balance protection for unexpected packer releasing, and central pipe controlling on-off connecting. It was deployed for normal temperature laboratory test in test well, simulated high temperature and pressure test in oil immersion tank, and field test in 12 wells. Results of the test show that the drillable and retrievable packer has high reliability and performance, which can be applied for water injection with up to 36MPa working pressure.
