摘　　要：回顾 2 0 0 1年国际原油市场走势 ,分析影响原油市场的主要因素。在对基本面和技术面综合分析后 ,预测在 2 0 0 2年相当长的一段时间里 ,国际油价继续在 2 0美元 /桶低位徘徊 ,随着下半年美国经济的逐步复苏及市场基本面的调整到位 。This paper reviews the trends of international raw oil market,and analyzes the main factors effecting raw oil market. After analyzing comprehensively the basic and technical aspects,it is forecasted that in quite long a period of time in 2002,international oil prices will continually fluctuate around the low level of 20 dollar/barrel. However,with the gradual recovery of American economy in the latter half of this year and the adjustment of basic aspects into position,international oil prices will show the tendency of going up steadily.
