摘 要:研究了以对羟基苯甲醛、溴为主要原料 ,经溴代、水解制备 3 ,4二羟基苯甲醛的方法。确定了水解反应条件 :氢氧化钾与 3溴 4羟基苯甲醛摩尔比 3∶ 1 ,反应温度 1 5 0℃ ,反应压力 0 .4MPa,反应时间 0 .5 h,催化剂用量 (以 3溴 4羟基苯甲醛质量计 ) 4% ,3 ,4二羟基苯甲醛的收率达 5 3A process for the preparation of 3,4 dihydroxybenzaldehyde from p hydroxybenaldehyde, bromine and potassium hydroxide was studied, which comprises the steps of bromation and hydrolysis. The effects of amount of reactants, temperature, pressure, catalyst and the concentration of KOH were investigated. The hydrolysis conditions were determined as follows: molar ratio of KOH to 3 bromo 4 hydroxybenzaldehyde 3∶1, reaction temperature 150 ℃, reaction pressure 0.4 MPa, reaction time 0.5 h, amount of catalyst 4% (based on the mass of 3 bromo 4 hydroxybenzaldehyde). 3,4 Dihydroxybenzaldehyde was given in over 53% yield.
