摘 要:采用通常的渣油加氢脱硫—重油催化裂化 (ARDS/RFCC)方案加工伊朗常压渣油 ,轻油收率为 73.6 1% ,LPG和轻油总收率达 83.6 0 % ,但由于ARDS投资和操作费用较高 ,使得该方案投资利润率并不高 ;采用渣油预处理 加氢处理 重油催化裂化 (ROP/RHT/RFCC)方案加工伊朗常压渣油 ,尽管LPG和轻油总收率比ARDS/RFCC方案低2 .0 3个百分点 ,但由于采用ROP工艺大大减少了RHT的投资和操作费用 ,使总投资降低 7.5× 10 8RMB $、年总操作费降低 8.52× 10 7RMB $ ,因而使得该方案投资利税率高 2 3.4 % ,投资利润率高 8.4 % ,投资回收期短 12个月。For atmospheric residue from Iran crude processed by ARDS/RFCC the light oil yield is 73.61 %, while the total yield of LPG and light oil reaches 83.60 %. Because of higher investment and operation cost of ARDS, the investment profit of this scheme was not high. By the scheme of residual oil pretreating (ROP/RHT/RFCC), although the total yield of LPG and light oil was 2.03 percent points lower than that of ARDS/RFCC, the total investment was decreased by 7.5×10 8 RMB$ because ROP process greatly reduced the investment and operation cost of RHT. Thus the total annual operation cost was decreased by 8.52×10 7 RMB$, so that its investment tax ratio was 23.4% and investment profit ratio was 8.4% higher than that of ARDS/RFCC. Meanwhile, the investment recovery period was shortened by 12 months in comparison with ARDS/RFCC scheme.
