东濮凹陷杜桥白断块地区钻头使用状况分析

摘　　要：针对中原油田东濮凹陷杜桥白地区钻头使用存在的钻头规格型号多、消耗量大、泵压低、未发挥出高压喷射钻井水功率作用 ,水眼等径大喷嘴 ,井底流场岩屑清洁效果差 ,钻头重复破岩 ,用“单一指标”评价分析使用钻头等问题 ,通过对比分析计算 ,总结出了该断块不同井身结构、不同地层 ,从井深、地层可钻性、机械钻速、进尺、成本等方面 ,综合分析评价优化钻井、水力参数和选用不同规格型号钻头的基本规律 ,对提高该断块机械钻速、缩短钻井周期、降低钻井成本有一定的促进作用。In Duqiaobai fault block area of Dongpu seg in Zhongyuan Oilfield,there exist a series of problems in the using of bit,such as:much bit size and types,large consumption,low pump pressure,low power efficiency of high pressure jet drilling,poor cleaning effect of cuttings,repeated crush rock,using'simple-index'evaluates and analyses bit,etc..According to all these questions,this paper summarizes the different casing program of Duqiaobai fault block and different stratum by analyzing and calculation.Through analysing from well depth,formation drillability,ROP,footage,cost etc.aspect,drilling and hydraulic parameter are optimized,and basic laws of bit type selection are found.It has certain function to increase ROP of the fault block,shorten drill period and reduce the costs of drilling.
