摘　　要：在程序设计过程中,函数的作用举足轻重,函数应用的好坏关系到软件设计质量的优劣。WINDOWS系统提供的API函数更是功能丰富,值得应用,它可以使程序结构化、系统优化。VB程序设计中,API函数的声明调用与一般用户函数有着很大的不同,而API函数的使用又往往易为程序设计人员忽视,因此阐述其特殊的声明调用方法,对于VB程序设计有着十分重要意义。The function plays a very important part in the program design, it's related to the quality of software. The API function provided by Windows is worth performing, for it can make the program structural and systematic. In VB program design, the declaration and transference of API are quite different from those of the ordinary user-function and its use is apt to be ignored by the designer. Therefore, it's very important for the VB program design to expound its specific declaration and transference.
