彩色棉结构性能测试分析

摘　　要：对湖北枝江市百里洲棕色棉的结构和物理机械性能进行了测试 ,结果表明 :枝江棕色棉的形态结构与普通棉基本相同 ,长度偏短 ,长度均匀度较差 ,短绒率低 ,成熟度偏低 ,转曲数与转曲反向数较多 ,回潮率较高。利用红外吸收光谱、X射线衍射等分析方法进行测试分析 ,结果证明枝江棕色棉的化学组成、分子构型及结晶结构与普通棉基本相同。基本上能满足纺纱要求。The structure and mechanical properties of natural cotton-colored in Bailizhou Zhijang city Hubei were tested. The results show that the brown cotton almost has the same shape and structure with the ordinary cotton, fiber has shorter length, lower fiber length evenness and lower short fiber content and maturity, and fiber has more turns and turn inversions and higher moisture regain. With infrared spectrum and X ray diffraction, the testing results show that the chemical composition, molecular configuration and crystalline structure of the brown cotton fiber is almost the same as that of ordinary cotton, and it can meet spinning.
