摘  要:采用干法工艺制备了不同取代度的羧甲基淀粉 ,测试了其浆液、浆膜性能。结果表明 :干法制备的羧甲基淀粉的粘度显著低于原淀粉 ,与其他浆料的混溶性优于酸变性淀粉 ,对棉或涤棉的粘着力较酸变性淀粉有所提高。干法制备具有生产成本低 ,产品性能优良 ,对环境无污染等优点。A series of CMS with different substitution degree are synthesized by dry preparation, and size paste and films are also tested. The results show that the viscosity of Carboxymethyl Starch is significantly lower than raw starch, and compared with the acid modified starch, it has more excellent sizing compatibility and more adhesive force to cotton and polyester & cotton blended yarn. Dry preparation has many advantages such as low cost, excellent product property, no pollution to environment, etc.
