摘　　要：对贵州贵阳分布的贯叶金丝桃种子采用光照和暗处理 ,两种繁殖方法都能使种子萌发 ,但光照处理较暗处理的种子 ;播种到种子开始萌发所需时间提前 1- 74d ;播种到种子萌发终止期缩短 2 4- 6 7d ;种子开始萌发到结束缩短 11- 2 5d ;平均种子发芽率 16 2 %。Treatments of light and darkness used for Hypericum perforatum L. distributed in Guiyang of Guizhou. Both lettods can cause the seed germination. However, compared with darkuess treatweat, the seed treated by light has the following results:1-74 days ahead of the time from sowing to germination; 24-67 days reduced for the time from sowing to germination; and 11-25 days reduced for the process of germination. The average rate for seed germination is 16.2%?
