摘　　要：将吡喹酮脂质体按 4 0mg/kg经耳静脉注入试验兔 ,于给药前及给药后 2 4 ,4 8,72h测定肝功能指标 .所得数据经方差分析表明 ,给药前后GOT ,GPT ,麝香草酚浊度、硫酸锌浊度、黄疸指数、总蛋白、清蛋白含量及清球比例等指标无显著性差异 (p >0 .0 5 ) 。Blood was collected 24,48,72 h before and after injecting 40 mg/kg praziquantel liposome into rabbits ear intravenously to detemine liver function index.The data were dealed with by analysis of variauce. The results show that GOT,GPT, thymol turbidity test, zinc.sulfate turbidity test, interus index ,total protein,albumin and albumiu/globulin are not obvionsly different between(p>0.05) before and after injection. The test results implicate that praziquantel liposome doesn't change liver function of rabbits notably.
